Your order is confirmed once the design details are agreed on and full payment is received. Full payment is required to secure your date on the calendar.

Yes, inspiration photos are always welcome. Your cake will be inspired by what you send rather than copied exactly, so expect a beautiful version made in Cake Girlie style with small design variations.

Yes. Cupcake orders can be split across flavors, and cakes can be designed with different flavor and filling combinations. Just share what you would like when you inquire.

Please disclose all allergies when you inquire. Orders are made in a home kitchen where nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat and other allergens are present, so cross contact cannot be fully ruled out.

Pickup is available in Knightdale, NC. Delivery may be available for select orders depending on the date, size and location, so ask when you inquire.

Small design changes may be possible depending on how close the order is to the pickup date. Larger changes may affect pricing or may not be possible once baking and design work has started.

Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable because your date, ingredients and design time are reserved for your order.

Keep the cake flat on a level surface such as the floor of your vehicle, keep the car cool, avoid sudden stops, and refrigerate it once you arrive. Let it sit at room temperature for a bit before serving for the best taste and texture.

Cut a tall cake in rows rather than wedges. Slice down about 2 inches from the edge, then cut across that row into pieces, and repeat. This gives you clean, even servings.
